Volunteers

We couldn’t have built a single mile of the amazing Olympic Discovery Trail without our wonderful volunteers.

 Adopt-a-Trail Program

Our trail is divided into manageable sections which are maintained by volunteers. These teams are the ones who keep our trail looking so wonderful. Tasks involve mowing, leaf blowing, sign painting, invasive weed pulling, picking up litter, etc.

To become a member of an Adopt-a-Trail team contact: AaT Manager.

You can also contact your local AaT Manager to volunteer:

Port Townsend  • Blyn • Sequim • Central Clallam County  • Port Angeles • West End • Adventure Trail

 Work Parties

The Peninsula Trails Coalition hosts frequent volunteer work parties. These events typically involve performing larger trail maintenance projects and even trail rebuilding.
